Maryland native Adalia Winters attends the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a member of the 10th cohort of Chancellor Science Scholars pursuing a B.S. in Statistics and a minor in Spanish for the Professions. Her hobbies include baking, playing soccer and practicing her Spanish. As a member of the 2023 cohort of UNC’s DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Fellows, she hopes to make an impact on underrepresented communities and help UNC’s transformation into a more accepting campus.
